How do you price your services?
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project. We provide a detailed proposal and cost estimate after our initial consultation but see below for average project estimates.
Branding: £1,500 - £2,500
Website design and build (1-2 pages, simple): From £5,000
Website design and build (5+ pages, complex): From £10,000
Product design: £500 a day
Do you offer fixed-price projects or hourly rates?
We offer fixed-price projects, however any additional features that come up during the project will be charged at an hourly rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfers are our preferred method of payment.
Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
Yes, we typically require a 50% deposit to secure the project, with the remaining balance due on approval of the designs before build, or as per the agreed payment schedule.
Do you offer support after the project is completed?
Yes, we offer post-project support and maintenance services to ensure your product continues to perform well and meets user needs. Maintenance plans start at £150 per month, or alternatively we also offer blocks of hours that can be used when needed.
Can you help with ongoing UX improvements?
Yes, we can work with you on an ongoing basis to continuously improve and update your product based on user feedback and changing needs.
